All of the bailiffs we work with in Canada are well established, customer service oriented, offer very competitive rates and most importantly they are very good at what they do. The factors we use to determine if money should be spent on a file is the date of the contract, the year, make and model of the vehicle and the location of where the asset is located.

We do not go on wild goose chases only to have an invoice for our client for an asset that we could not recover or a vehicle that is worth less than the cost of recovery. We work on each asset on a case by case basis, before we start incurring any costs we will give you our evaluation to determine whether or not you want to pursue its recovery. If you decide not to recover the asset after seeing our evaluation, then there is minimal charge for our service and the file is closed.
